Drawing directly on our experience working on the West End production of Frozen, we have developed a scaled, venue-friendly scenic package that delivers the same level of visual detail, atmosphere, and theatrical impact—reimagined for community performance spaces.

    Providing this information upfront ensures we can plan your hire efficiently and avoid any delays.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for peak performance periods. Availability is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and your dates will be secured once a deposit has been received.

  • Steel decking (two 8ft × 4ft units) and any exit stairs for stage right (SR) or stage left (SL) of the upstage decking are not included, due to van load limitations. However, we do supply 1900mm (1.9m) legs to achieve the correct deck height.

    Mawford Arts supplies bridge cladding only, (Package dependent) which is designed to mask the steel deck structure. Please check whether your venue has suitable generic steel decking available. If not, the hirer will need to source decking independently, along with any optional escape treads and safety railings required for the production.
